areas of Freeport and Qeynos, some are worth more gold than others. Use an online quest guide with a rating system such as eq2.ogaming.com or eq2.allakhazam.com and look for quests with good rewards so you can make money as well as gain experience.
Grouped
There really is not need for much grouping at these levels unless invited to a dungeon like Blackburrow or Wailing Caves. Keep in mind that at this level many players are new and will have a tough time taking out the named in these areas so its probably more efficient money-wise to solo.

Levels 20-30

Both Harclave and Hideout provide good solo opportunities in the Splitpaw Adventure pack. Harclave I highly recommend C it can be done at any level from 20 C 50 solo and by killing all mobs in zone you can make a lot of money.
Grouped
